We take MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Money Orders, and cheques by mail. The tax is GST at 5%. We ship by Canada Post regular mail, unless otherwise instructed. Shipping charges for the first book are $7.00 in Ottawa; $8.00 in Ontario; $10.00 in all other provinces; 25¢ for each additional book. Outside Canada the rates vary.
